ADHS-Fortbildung für Lehrer. Mehr Verständnis für das psychiatrische Störungsbild im schulischen Alltag
Vielfach wird das Syndrom ADHS oft erst mit Schuleintritt als Problem wahr genommen, so mit spielen Lehrer als Ansprechpartner, aber auch als Partner in der Behandlung eine wichtigen Rolle. Leider fehlen ausreichende Informationen über das Störungsbild so wie Handlungsstrategien für den Umgang mit den Betroffenen. Das Kind hat aber trotz Therapie nur eine Chance, seine Schullaufbahn erfolgreich zu verändern, wenn es in der Schule an gemessen „behandelt“ wird. Ein integriertes ADHS-Behandlungsmodell verzahnt die therapeutischen, beraterisch-informativen, pädagogischen so wie elterlichen Anstrengungen. Im Idealfall verstehen sich die Bezugspersonen des Kindes beziehungsweise Jugendlichen als therapeutisches Team, das über ein gemeinsames Basiswissen zum Störungsbild ADHS verfügt und sich regelmäßig untereinander austauscht. Das ADHS-Fortbildungskonzept A.L.A.D.I.N. soll einen Beitrag dazu leisten.

AHDS syndrome is often only recognized as a problem at the start of schooling. Thus, the teacher plays an important role both as a contact person as well as a partner in therapy. Unfor tunately, sufficient in formation on the disturbance and on the therapeutic strategies of how to handle the afflicted are lacking. The child has, despite therapy, only a single chance to change his school career successfully if it is “treated” appropriately within the school. An integrated therapy model is needed combining therapeutic, consultant, pedagogic and parental efforts. In the ideal case, the people relevant to the child or adolescent should consider themselves as a therapeutic team which has a basic common knowledge of the disorder and who regularly meet to discuss the problem. The ADHS continuing educational concept A.L.A.D.I.N. should contribute to this.
